OTTO VOLANTE is a restaurant and wine bar on the Overtoom. In our backyard we have a large herb garden and a beautiful barn, where we, among other things, making our own koji, miso, soy sauce and vinegar. We also make our own liqueur and kombucha. We use as many local products as possible, picked ourselves, from family's backyard or from our own garden. In addition, all drinks are organic and we only have natural wine. Chef and owner Riccardo Russo is known from Bar central. After years of running the kitchen there, it was time for a place of his own, where his creations would show up even better. Together with partner Odile van der Weele – who combines Otto Volante with their own wine import Winestories – and Paul and Auke from Bar Centraal and Glouglou, we have created a restaurant where you are welcome the whole evening, for a good bottle of wine or a delicious dinner.
