Our aim is to work with fish from sustainable fisheries, the best vegetables from passionate farmers and meat from local producers. With these high-quality products, we hope to entertain our guests with innovative and ethical cuisine. The menu changes daily in line with the season and the availability of our products. Every day, we put together a menu from local products at their best."
BAK works with local products and they serve a gastronomic tasting menu. Vegetables have played an important role in their menus since the beginning of BAK (in 2012). BAK emphasizes on wild meat and fish. In addition to their menu, they also have a very extensive menu for lovers of (natural) wine and knowledgeable staff who can guide you in this.
